Shipping and Returns
We ship regular orders every 3-5 business days unless otherwise notified.
It will take anywhere from 4-10 business days for your order to arrive, depending on where you are located.*
International orders may take up to 15 business days.
For any pre-order items, please see the item's description for when you should expect your order to ship.
*Please keep in mind that due to COVID-19, shipping has become inconsistent. Depending on where you are located, it can sometimes take longer for your order to arrive. Unfortunately there isn't much we can do about it at this time, but we sincerely apologize for any inconvenience.
If you'd like to return your purchase, or if your item arrives damaged, please contact us within 10 days of delivery and return it within 30 days of receiving your order.
We will be happy to refund you your purchase, minus the shipping fee.
If you do not want a refund, but would rather us fix a damaged product, please contact us and we will be happy to fix whatever may have broken free of charge.
Limits may apply.
Customer must pay for shipping.
We do not accept returns for:
- Digital downloads
- Intimate items (for health/hygiene reasons)
