Phantomasy is a very small business owned and run solely by Tris (aka The Veilsmith), with 2 part-time employees to help her out.
The majority of our products are made-to-order, which means we hand make everything ourselves, just for you!

We ask that you wait anywhere from 3 weeks to 16 weeks for your order to be processed.

3 weeks being the fastest it can be made, and 16 weeks being the longest.

Of course, this does not mean that it will take up to 16 weeks for your order to process.

What might cause production to slow down?

- A large influx of orders

- One of us becoming ill

- Someone might not being able to come in to work

etc.

Approximately 4-8 weeks
