Question: Can you see through the Seer Mask / Cathedral Mask?

Answer: Yes! It's quite easy to see through. The black masks are particularly easy to see through. White versions aren't as easy, but you can still see through it. If you have eyelash extensions, the Seer mask may press against your lashes, causing it to be a little more difficult to see. Same goes for our Noctis masks. The Cathedral mask will not press against your lashes.

Question: Will my glasses fog up under the Cathedral mask?

Answer: No. The Cathedral mask has mesh all over it, giving the wearer a lot of ventilation (and vision)!

However, if you wear a medical mask underneath the Cathedral mask, then it may cause your glasses to fog up.

Question: Will the Cathedral mask fit over my large glasses?

Answer: The Cathedral mask fits over most pairs of glasses. Please watch this video for more info!

Question: How should I wash my mask?

Answer: Tris recommends using baby wipes to clean your mask and/or other accessories. Never put them in the washer or dryer!

Question: Can I get it in a different colour?

Answer: Absolutely! We can make any of our products in any colour you like. Just keep in mind that your order may take a little longer than usual if we do not have the thread colour you want. We'll need to order it in from our supplier.

Question: Does shipping come with tracking?

Answer: At checkout you can choose between tracked shipping and shipping with no tracking.

Shipping without tracking costs less but may arrive a little later than tracked shipping.

Question: Do you ship internationally?

Answer: Yes! It just may cost more depending on where you are located.

Question: Can you make me a mask that covers my whole face?

Answer: Yes! We now have a mask that covers your whole face, and can be worn over glasses. It is called the Cathedral Mask.

Question: Can you make me a custom design?

Answer: We can! Please visit our Custom Order page to read more on custom orders.

Question: Do you make these items all yourself?

Answer: Yes! Tris designs and puts together all of the products Phantomasy sells. From time to time, she hires a few friends to help her with her work load.

For our one of a kind masks, Tris often repurposes old jewelry; saving it from the landfill and giving it a brand new life.

Question: How long does shipping take?

Answer: Generally we ship our products out every 3-5 business days.

Some items may take longer if they are a pre-order item or a custom item. In that case, the delivery time will be written in the description of those items.

After we have dropped off your order at the post office, it should arrive in about 4-10 business days depending on where you are located. International shipping can take up to 15 days.

**Please keep in mind that due to COVID-19, shipping has been inconsistent. Depending on where you are located, it could take a lot longer for your order to reach you. There unfortunately isn't much we can do about that.

Question: Why does my order ask for my phone number?

Answer: Your phone number is needed for our order forms. Phantomasy will never call or text you directly unless notified otherwise.

Question: What Embroidery Program do you use?

Answer: Tris uses an embroidery program called Embird.

Question: What Embroidery Machine do you use?

Answer: Currently we have 7 embroidery machines.

Question: Do you sell your patterns?

Answer: No, Tris does not sell the patterns or embroidery files to her designs. The products Tris creates are her source of income.
