Question: Can you see through your masks?

​

Answer: Yes! My masks are quite easy to see through! Masks with black mesh are particularly easy to see through. Masks with white mesh aren't as easy, but you can still see through it. If you have eyelash extensions, the Seer, Oracle and Keeper masks may press against your lashes, causing it to be a little more difficult to see. Our glasses-friendly masks will not press against your lashes.

The following items can't be returned or exchanged due to the nature of these items, unless they arrive damaged or defective, I can't accept returns for:​

  • Digital downloads

  • Intimate items (for health/hygiene reasons)

Incorrect address returns:
Customers are responsible for paying for a new shipping label if an incorrect shipping address is provided by the customer.

 

Conditions of return:

Buyers are responsible for return postage costs. If the item is not returned in its original condition, the buyer is responsible for any loss in value.​

Phantomasy does not give permission to redistribute our products, or recreate our products using our designs and/or design's likeness.
