How ordering works:
- Select which colour Base, Gradient, Detail and Outline you would like. Use the preview game linked above to see what it will look like!
- Pick 1-4 colours.
- WINGS: Please select if you would like for us to glue MAGNETS on to the wings or if you would like for us to permanently SEW ON the wings.
Magnets: Allows you to remove them so you can wear the mask with or without wings, but they will move when they are bumped/touched. So please wear them with care!
**IF YOU HAVE A PACEMAKER: PLEASE DO NOT BUY THIS MASK WITH MAGNETS. THESE MAGNETS ARE VERY STONG AND THEY WARN AGAINST USING THEM IF YOU HAVE A PACEMAKER**
Sewn on: We will sew them permanently in place, the same way you see them in our preview picture. See more info under Customization.
NO WINGS: If you'd like No Wings to be added to your mask, please select "NO WINGS" and use code "NoWingsPlz" during checkout to receive $25 off your purchase.
- Tell us if you would like a black ribbon or a white ribbon - We have no other colours available at this time.
- MESH: We recommend keeping the mesh of the mask BLACK or a darker colour. Lighter colours like White, Silver and Baby Pink are a little harder to see through. If you'd like to have the mesh be a lighter colour, we will make the mesh larger for easier visibility. - Please type YES to match the mesh to your base colour. If left BLANK, mesh will be BLACK.
- CUSTOMIZATION: Want this mask to be more unique to you? We will allow slight customization for this mask!
What you CAN customize:
-The symbol in the center of the crown.
-Wing placement - if you'd like for the wings to be sewn on.
What you CANNOT customize:
-The shape/size/design of the wings.
-The shape of the mask.
-The general over-all embroidered design of the mask.

How do I wash my mask?
Please wash your mask using sanitization wipes. DO NOT put it in the washing machine or dryer.
Makeup can be easily removed with makeup remover!Can you customize it more for me?
Unfortunately not. If you'd like your mask to be customized (changing the embroidery, adding extra parts, etc), that will need to be handled as a commission.How should I store my mask?
Please store it in a dry place and away from humidity. If you don't have anywhere to store your mask, please keep it in the box it came in!
Does it protect against the spread of COVID-19?
No. But you can wear a medical mask under it. We recommend using black medical masks!
