AWAY from June 1st to 4th
Hey everyone! I'll be away from June 1st to the 4th. WE WILL NOT BE SHIPPING OUT ORDERS DURING THAT WEEK. We will resume shipping the following week on June 11th and 12th. :) My small team will continue to work at the warehouse on what they can without me and Jenn will continue to help those she can through email. COMMISSIONS REOPENING
June 6th at 10:00 AM PST! NEXT SHOP UPDATE
APRIL 18th at 10:00 AM PST All currently closed listings will REOPEN. Some will have multiple, and others are one-offs. We are also clearing out some space, and we decided to sell all of the Spite collection pieces that we made for advertisement. :) So if you missed our Spite collection, you'll have one last chance to get something!

Returns and exchanges:

Contact us within: 10 days of delivery

Return items back within: 30 days of delivery

The following items can't be returned or exchanged due to the nature of these items, unless they arrive damaged or defective, I can't accept returns for:​

  • Digital downloads

  • Intimate items (for health/hygiene reasons)

Incorrect address returns:
Customers are responsible for paying for a new shipping label if an incorrect shipping address is provided by the customer.

 

Conditions of return:

Buyers are responsible for return postage costs. If the item is not returned in its original condition, the buyer is responsible for any loss in value.

Phantomasy does not give permission to redistribute our products, or recreate our products using our designs and/or design's likeness.
