Seven of Wands

Seven of Wands

The Seven of Wands shows us a Pixie standing strong, holding a wand, ready to fight. The other six wands surrounds them like a protective shield.
This card is all about defending ones self. When something challenges you, you must stand your ground. No matter how difficult or uncomfortable it may be, hold on to your wand tightly and be ready to protect yourself.
This thing could be from another person, a new task at work or school, a new change in life, an inner demon, or perhaps something that you've challenged yourself to do. No matter what it is, stay strong. The Seven of Wands is here to remind you that you have the strength to get through it.
This card can also be a reminder that it is important to set boundaries. We must not let others walk all over us, or allow us to feel uncomfortable. It's absolutely okay to set boundaries with others, and if they don't respect our boundaries, then perhaps they are not the people we want in our lives.
Is there someone in your life right now that is overstepping your boundaries?

Sometimes it's a lot easier to just let things go and do whatever it will do. It's nice to stay in our comfort zone and hide away in what feels familiar to us. But, this isn't healthy or productive. It can also show others around us that we're easily manipulated and can be taken advantage of.
If we want to grow and improve, we must do things that scare us and make us uncomfortable. Not doing this can make us feel sad and depressed. It can damage us and those we love.
