Dragon mask price increase

I always want to be transparent with you when changes happen.

I have to increase the cost of my Dragon mask. Truth be told, I should have increased it a long time ago, but I wanted to hold out for as long as I could.


My Dragon mask is quite complicated and takes a lot longer to make than my other masks, due to all the little horns (10 horns total) and the wire that is later sewn into the two largest horns.


It's one of my most popular masks and with all the orders that I get from them, I've been struggling to keep up - which causes everything else to slow down.

I need to change the price from $250 CAD ($180 USD) to $300 CAD ($216 USD).


I greatly apologize for the news, I know price increases are never nice to hear.

Returns and exchanges:

Contact us within: 10 days of delivery

Return items back within: 30 days of delivery

The following items can't be returned or exchanged due to the nature of these items, unless they arrive damaged or defective, I can't accept returns for:​

  • Digital downloads

  • Intimate items (for health/hygiene reasons)

Incorrect address returns:
Customers are responsible for paying for a new shipping label if an incorrect shipping address is provided by the customer.

 

Conditions of return:

Buyers are responsible for return postage costs. If the item is not returned in its original condition, the buyer is responsible for any loss in value.​

Phantomasy does not give permission to redistribute our products, or recreate our products using our designs and/or design's likeness.
