✨PROCESSING UPDATES:

We have finished stitching out our April orders and are working on May orders next!

March and April orders are still going out as they are completed.

Our calculations say that orders from April to July should be finished stitching out by mid/late September. :)

Our NEWER orders will take roughly 3 months to process.

Customers are responsible for paying any and all Customs/Tariff/Duty fees and Taxes that may apply.

Returns and exchanges:

Contact us within: 10 days of delivery

Return items back within: 30 days of delivery

The following items can't be returned or exchanged due to the nature of these items, unless they arrive damaged or defective, I can't accept returns for:​

  • Digital downloads

  • Intimate items (for health/hygiene reasons)

Incorrect address returns:
Customers are responsible for paying for a new shipping label if an incorrect shipping address is provided by the customer.

 

Conditions of return:

Buyers are responsible for return postage costs. If the item is not returned in its original condition, the buyer is responsible for any loss in value.​

Phantomasy does not give permission to redistribute our products, or recreate our products using our designs and/or design's likeness.
