Processing time and updates

Hi everyone! I wanted to share a quick update on my current processing times. As many of you know, Phantomasy is a very small, artist-run studio, and every piece is individually crafted by hand. To ensure the quality and detail my work is known for, I am adjusting my processing time from 3 months to 3–5 months. There are a few orders that are taking a bit longer than normal due to circumstances out of my control. Some orders will still make it in the 3 month window, but for the time being some are taking a bit longer.

We had made calculations previously as to when we would be more caught up on orders, which was surprisingly accurate, however, we sadly can't plan for the unexpected! haha Over the past few months, I’ve been navigating a few major changes behind the scenes — including the new US tariff requirements (which thankfully have been dealt with, but it did take some time), training and managing new team members, thread colour shortages, Canada Post striking again, and managing orders as well as the warehouse itself. I’m also continuing to balance my workload with some personal matters and health conditions. These adjustments have caused some temporary slowdowns, but they’ve also led to better long-term systems, improved workflow, and higher stability moving forward. This new timeframe will allow me to maintain the quality, care, and artistry you expect while keeping production sustainable! Thank you so much for your patience, support, and understanding. It truly means the world to me, and I’m committed to delivering pieces that exceed your expectations!


At the time of me posting this (Nov 15th 2025), we are currently:


  • Sending out the last of June orders

  • Sending out July orders as they are completed

  • Starting to send out some August orders

  • Stitching out September orders


Things I'm working on right now:


  • Website changes

  • Newly updated Rose Window mask relaunch - Almost here!

  • Plague doctor mask - Design has been finalized and will be launching soon!

  • Catching up on emails - If you're waiting to hear back from me, please don't hesitate to email me again! My emails can sometimes get lost...

  • Transitioning to half made-to-order and half ready-to-ship products

  • Getting to a place where the wait time isn't so long - Will be a process that will take time, but I'm working on it! 🙂

Returns and exchanges:

Contact us within: 10 days of delivery

Return items back within: 30 days of delivery

The following items can't be returned or exchanged due to the nature of these items, unless they arrive damaged or defective, I can't accept returns for:​

  • Digital downloads

  • Intimate items (for health/hygiene reasons)

Incorrect address returns:
Customers are responsible for paying for a new shipping label if an incorrect shipping address is provided by the customer.

 

Conditions of return:

Buyers are responsible for return postage costs. If the item is not returned in its original condition, the buyer is responsible for any loss in value.

Phantomasy does not give permission to redistribute our products, or recreate our products using our designs and/or design's likeness.
