Updates - July 12th

Hi everyone!


I like to keep you all as updated as possible, so I just wanted to write a quick new blog post letting you know how things are going! :)


ORDERS:

We're currently sending out February orders as they are completed in turn.

We're almost finished stitching out March orders.


PROCESSING TIME:

Currently some orders will still be taking about 5ish months instead of our 4 months processing time. This is due to my Dad passing away in April. I recently hired more employees and ordered more machines to help with catching up!


COMMISSIONS:

I'm moving down my commissions list slowly, but am making progress. I'm not going as fast as I'd like to at the moment, due to trying to catch up with the work load and personal things. Doing my best. <3


GIVEAWAY: I recently hit 150k followers on IG so I will be hosting a giveaway soon! Please keep your eyes open! :)


NEW PRODUCTS:

I'll be releasing a new Glasses-Friendly Mask design soon, as well as Bracers! I'm also working on Wing Ears and Cat Ear add-ons.


NEXT SHOP UPDATE:

I do not have a shop update planned just yet, trying to focus on catching up.

Customers are responsible for paying any and all Customs/Tariff/Duty fees and Taxes that may apply.

Returns and exchanges:

Contact us within: 10 days of delivery

Return items back within: 30 days of delivery

The following items can't be returned or exchanged due to the nature of these items, unless they arrive damaged or defective, I can't accept returns for:​

  • Digital downloads

  • Intimate items (for health/hygiene reasons)

Incorrect address returns:
Customers are responsible for paying for a new shipping label if an incorrect shipping address is provided by the customer.

 

Conditions of return:

Buyers are responsible for return postage costs. If the item is not returned in its original condition, the buyer is responsible for any loss in value.

Phantomasy does not give permission to redistribute our products, or recreate our products using our designs and/or design's likeness.
