Hello everyone! My website host, Wix, only allows 6 customization fields plus 2 extra customization fields that allow the customer to type in something.
Some of my products come with more customizations than my host will allow, so in order for me to include the new Sizes to the checkout, I'm going to remove the Ribbon option.
From now on, some of my masks will only come with BLACK RIBBON. If you would like WHITE ribbon, you must let me know in a note. The Add Note option is found in your cart under the item(s) in your cart.
I tried to incorporate the Size and the Style in the same field, but around 20 people in my last shop update did not include both.
In order to prevent this from happening, I need to remove one of the custom fields, and the Ribbon colour choice seems to be the only one that I can realistically remove.
Terribly sorry for any inconvenience! I hope that Wix will allow more customization fields some day, but for now this is all I can do.
