If the listing is ever temporarily closed, that means we have accepted as many orders as we can for that month and will reopen the listing again on the first of the next month until we remove the product in February.

How ordering works:
- Select which colour Outline, Heart, Flame, Base and Mesh you would like .
- Pick 1-5 colours.
- Pick what style you'd like, a Half version or a Full version.
- Pick what size you'd like. Classic, Wide, Tall or Vast. (See more info below)
- Ribbon: All orders will come with Black ribbon. If you would like White ribbon, please leave the request in a note before completing your purchase. We have no other colour options at the moment.
- MESH: Please keep in mind that darker coloured mesh will be easier to see through than lighter colours. We will widen the mesh if you choose a lighter colour to make visibility easier.

Questions & Answers:
How do I wash my mask?
Please wash your mask using sanitization wipes. DO NOT put it in the washing machine or dryer.
Makeup can be easily removed with makeup remover!Can you customize it more for me?
Unfortunately not. If you'd like your mask to be customized (changing the embroidery, adding extra parts, etc), that will need to be handled as a commission.How should I store my mask?
Please store it in a dry place and away from humidity. If you don't have anywhere to store your mask, please keep it in the box it came in!
Does it protect against the spread of COVID-19?
No. But you can wear a medical mask under it. We recommend using black medical masks!Will it fit me?
