Strength

Number 8, Strength
The Strength card shows us a Pixie who is calmly interacting with a dark monster. The Pixie is gently touching the creature's head and is reaching their other hand towards it's sharp teeth. The Pixie is wearing stag horns on their head which represents courage. It holds dominance over the monster with bravery and elegance.
The monster in this card depicts raw strength and passion, while the Pixie shows us grace. If we do not keep our passion and confidence in check, it has the potential to result in destruction.
The Strength card in a reading tells us that you have great inner-strength during moments of distress. You have the ability to remain calm and composed through tough situations. Alternatively, if you feel that you have not been this way in the past, then the Strength card can remind us to stay cool when difficult situations arise. Every action we make has a consequence, so take a moment to think on what step to take next and how it will affect you/the people around you. And remember, it's okay to ask for a few minutes before responding.
This card can also tell us that you have the potential/ability to accomplish anything you put your mind to. When you want something, you become fearless and will stop at nothing to get what you desire.

Upright:
Self-doubt, Low confidence, Lacking courage, Lack of self-control, Weakness
Card in Reverse:
Strength reversed can tell us that you are either currently experiencing some intense anger, irritability and/or frustration in your life, or you are about to. Prepare for this by reminding yourself that you have a choice to not respond in a heated way. It could make the situation worse.
You may also be experiencing fear and a lack of self-confidence. Perhaps you have forgotten about your passions and the way they made you feel? What is something you love doing that brings you great joy? When is the last time you did that thing?
Confidence may seem like something that one just has, but confidence isn't something you possess... it's something you practice and do. In order to gain confidence, we must do the thing we are afraid of over and over again until we feel comfortable in it. Confidence isn't about being fearless, it's about understanding and accepting the fear and doing it anyways.
