General updates

Hello everyone!

Just some general updates for ya.

ORDERS BEING STITCHED OUT:

We are currently stitching out September orders. There are a few orders from June till September that need to be completed due to a Black Light Mint Green thread shortage. Our supplier ran out and it took a while for them to restock. Thankfully we recently received a big batch from them! So if you ordered Black Light Mint Green and your order hasn't been sent out yet, we are currently working on those and are prioritizing those ones to be completed and sent out first.

I'm so sorry for the wait!!

ORDERS BEING SENT OUT:

We are currently sending out June and July orders as they are completed.

There are a small hand full of May orders waiting to go out due to complications and some people having the incorrect address in their order. If you ordered in May and have not received your order yet, please check your email to see if we have emailed you!

DUTY FREE FOR US CUSTOMERS: Just a reminder that we are now DUTY-FREE for US orders! Meaning you DO NOT have to pay a tariff to receive your order!

CANADA POST:

Canada post is currently striking, but is working in rotation. Meaning they are striking and working, so mail is still slow. Hopefully all the orders that went through Canada post have made it to you! We are now using ChitChats to fulfill orders.

ROSE WINDOW MASK:

I am in the middle of re-launching my Rose Window mask design. There is a specific stitch on the old design that some of my embroidery machines do not like. It has proven to be a bit of a pain to work with, so I have updated the design to not have this stitch. But I have also updated something else to the design that I really hope you will like. ;) Looking forward to sharing it with you! It will be coming back very soon!!

READY TO SHIP ORDERS COMING:

I am working on making ready-to-ship orders more available on my Etsy shop. It will happen slowly, but we are in the middle of transitioning to being half ready-to-ship and half made-to-order. We will start with smaller drops which will (hopefully) get bigger in time. :) I will make a post when we plan our Etsy drop!
