Canada Post On Strike

Hey everyone,
Canada post went on strike on September 25th and everything has been halted.
What this means:
Orders that are currently outgoing will be delayed. If I've sent your order out before September 25th, it will likely stop moving until their strike is over... I'm terribly sorry for this inconvenience. It is sadly out of my control. If you cannot wait for the strike to end and mail to continue moving, the most I can offer is to remake your order and send it through another postal service.
Orders that we packed on the week of the strike have not gone out yet. We created shipping labels and packed them, but when we found out about the strike the next day, we held on to those orders and will be making new labels for them with another postal service. I'm sorry for the delay!
Orders to the U.S. are now confirmed to have a 35% Duty-Fee added on to them, so U.S. orders going out are temporarily delayed while we contact our customers. Orders are still being made as normal. For more information on this matter, please see my previous post: https://www.phantomasy.com/post/new-u-s-import-policy-regulations
If you have any questions, please email us at contact@phantomasy.com or join our Discord server and contact myself (The Veilsmith) or Izzeibean
Thank you so much for your patience and cooperation during this time!
Sincerely,
The Veilsmith (Tris)
