RENTALS:

If you would like to rent products from Phantomasy for a photoshoot or film, please read the following carefully and choose 1 of 2 options.

Please note: BOTH OPTIONS require the model(s)/actor(s)/actress(es) to NOT wear any makeup on their face and neck due to the fact that the makeup will stain the products. However, eyeshadow and lipstick is acceptable.

Option 1.)

If you would like to rent a single product from Phantomasy, or a small selection of Phantomasy products for a photoshoot or film, you must pay a flat fee of $100 for the rental.

You must also pay a damage deposit which will be completely refunded once the products are returned, given that the products are returned undamaged.

The cost of the damage deposit will vary depending on the price of the item.

If an item is damaged, the deposit is no-longer refundable.

Option 2.)

If you would like to have access to all of Phantomasy's available products for a photoshoot or film, Tris Nielsen (Owner of Phantomasy) will bring all available products to the shoot for you to use freely. No damage deposit required.

For this option, a fee of $100 must be paid, then an additional $20 will be charged for every following hour.

Payment is accepted through e-transfer, cash or credit. (Must pay in-person to use credit)

Please note: Renting is only available in the lower mainland of BC Canada.

For renting outside of the province/country, please contact Tris Nielsen (Owner of Phantomasy) directly to discuss other options.

COLLABORATION:

Collaborations do not require any deposits or payments.

What is the difference between renting and a collaboration?

  • Collaboration: When all people participating have a say in what they would like to see in the photos, and all parties have a general task and/or job on the set.

  • Renting: You are just renting products to use as you like for your shoot and Phantomasy does not have any particular role in the shoot other than to provide the products.

Guidelines:

When collaborating with us, please inform the model/actor and/or the makeup artist that the wearer cannot be wearing any makeup (concealer, foundation, and blush) on their face and/or neck because makeup stains our products.

You can apply any makeup/touchups after the products are applied if needed.

Eyeshadow and lipstick are okay.

Please inform the editor that the colour of our products is not to be changed. Colour correcting and the use of filters are acceptable. However, changing the entire colour of a product is prohibited.

Example: If the product is pink, you cannot change it to green.

The reason for this is because we may not have that product in that particular colour and do not want to confuse our customers.

Please note: Collaborations are only available in the lower mainland of BC Canada.

Please fill out the contact form below to request a collaboration.
